quick buy link shortcode button not working

I’m having this issue with the quick buy button. [wc_quick_buy_link product=”5665″ label=”Subscribe Now!” qty=”1″ type=”button”] just doesn’t show a button, just a link but it doesn’t seem to do anything except reload the current page. If I use the [wc_quick_buy] shortcode it has the button but does absolutely nothing when clicked. Quick buy works on the product page themselves.
