Update May 2024: I needed support for a sentence that shouldn’t be translated. I got detailed help from Susanna within a very short amount of time. She found that the error had to do with spanning between multiple words and she did the changes to the exceptions for translation needed directly in GTranslate.
Very fast and efficient once again. Great service for +4 years now saving me a lot of time and effort.

Original post: Had been using GTranslate for a couple of weeks. I have some special needs and for that Sergey helped me out right away. I have had two other cases related to some specific setup-issues. All these cases has been handled with great service as well from some of Sergey colleagues. I can only give GTranslate my best recommendations.
