Quick and got everything (slightly too much)

After I did a migration using the exporter and importer tools, I needed to clean up the internal links. This tool did it very quickly, all the links were updated properly. One small bug: anybody’s word’s with apostrophe’s got turned into word\’s with apostrophe\’s, so I had to do some grepping to find all the mess-ups and manually clean them up. But that was a small price to pay for a structurally flawless cleanup after importing.
