Quick and easy installation, very easy to use

  • This is a simple but very useful plugin. The only teeny issue I had with it was that the ‘configure’ link for configuring the settings doesn’t appear unless you hover over it so I had to check the screengrabs here before I realised where to find the settings page.

    Also, after activation I visited the dashboard page to add a note and I couldn’t edit the text in the note (hence why I wanted to check the settings page). According to the settings page I had all the appropriate permissions, but upon saving the settings and going back to the dashboard I could edit the text and save my note, so no panic there!

    Overall an incredibly simple but also incredibly useful plugin ?? THANK YOU to the Author!

    All dashboard widgets have their configuration links hidden that way. I wish I could make it easier to find.

    There’s a bug I haven’t yet tracked down that’s screwing up the permissions on new installations. As you found, saving the settings once fixes the problem, but it’s something I’m looking into.
