Quick ? about migrating a wp.com site to a self hosted site

Hi,
I am migrating a wp.com site over to a self-hosted site. I know how to do that and haven’t experienced any trouble with that.

I do, however, have 2 questions:

1. if someone has bookmarked one of my pages on my wordpress.com site, and I migrate that site over to a self-hosted one, is there a redirect option available? Or, should I just create a final post at the wp.com site that says ‘we’ve moved, please visit us at https://www.example.com’? Something like that and just keep the wp.com site active for a while?

2. if someone has subscribed to my wordpress.com RSS, what happens after I migrate to self-hosting? Do I have to, again, just do a final post (or multiple posts) that remind them I’ve moved and they should come to the new site to sign up for the feed there?
