    Hi,

I would like to convert my images to webP format using LiteSpeed Cache and QuicCloud. Unfortunately my hosting server is having trouble communicating with QuicCloud server.

I tried several solutions like disabling Wordfence plugin, checking IP blocklists etc., entering server IP in LiteSpeed Cache plugin etc. but nothing works.

There was a problem retrieving your Domain Key. Please click the Waiting for Approval button to retry.

There are two reasons why we might not be able to communicate with your domain:

    1) The POST callback to https://vinalisjak.si/wp-json/litespeed/v1/token failed.

    2) Our Current Online Server IPs was not allowlisted.

Please verify that your other plugins are not blocking REST API calls, allowlist our server IPs, or contact your server admin for assistance.:

    Thanks for help.

please try this , go to toolbox -> debug setting , set debug log to On , debug level to advance, debug include URI, add /litespeed/v1/token

then go to toolbox -> log view , clean up any existing log , go to general -> request domain key again

wait for 10 minutes , go to log ivew again , copy paste the log and share it via https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/

    Hi,

it’s ok I have already solved it by editing rest.cli.php (line 150).

Edit the file /wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache/src/rest.cls.php at line 150, and change // return true; to return true;.

“This will make the behavior the same as in v6.1 by removing the IP verification.”

    Thanks

well , that’s more like mask the issue , but not permanently solve it , once plugin gets update , this change will be overriden again

you should check the client IP in header setting

    Hi,

my host is working on solution for client IP in a header. I managed to receive a domain key, link my page with QuicCloud profile and covert images to webP for now.

    Thanks
