    Hello Litespeed Support,

we’ve recently activated the QUIC.cloud CDN on a website. But it seems that the CDN doesn’t actually do anything. the images are still being called locally on the server instead of the CDN URL. The images are supposed to be loaded with a different URL when the CDN is active right? We’ve connected the website with the my.quic.cloud account and I checked both the plugin setting and those on my.quic.cloud and everything seems to be in order. In the CDN setting, it says “CDN in Use” and “DNS Verified”. Sorry if I misunderstand something about the CDN, it is my first time configuring one.

I can send you screenshots of the settings or even give you the login details if necessary.

    Thanks in advance,
    Gerry Zeller

    Hi Gerry,
If your QUIC.Cloud dashboard has an Ok for CDN, and your DNS is also verified, that means you are using CDN! There are no additional steps you need to take to activate CDN.You may also confirm your CDN is working by checking your sites Header. You will see:
    x-qc-pop: NA-US-LGA-33.

NA-US-LGA-33 is the CDN PoP your content was served from.

    I’m sorry but I can’t see x-qc-pop: NA-US-LGA-33 in the header section.
In the WP Backend QUIC.cloud CDN is also turned on.
Currently, in the CDN URL field, we have https://cdn.test-econsor.dev20.econsor-programming.de/. Do we maybe need to change the URL to something different?

    Regards

    Hi Gerry,
there is no need to change to a different URL. Your CDN is working.
I have checked with different browsers and IP, and I still receive a header confirmation that is it still working.

    Regards
