%QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% in pdf

    Before ordering, I would like to know if it is possible to replace the
    %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% in the email by a pdf results attached to email ?

    I tried with certificate to
    %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% inside but it is not an allowed variable by certificate plugin.
