Questions showing closed on site and asking question returns to archive

    1. I am brand new to this so please be easy on me. I have created a few questions from my admin panel. When I view them on the actual web page, they show as closed with a padlock next to it. You can still comment on them though. What am I doing wrong?

    2. When a question is open and I click on “ask a question” it takes me back to archive. No window opens to ask a new question.

    Please advise

    Thank you so much for taking your time! Definitely, There was an issue, and it’s frustrating for new users. We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

    However, in version ‘1.2.57‘ we fixed the ‘Question mark as closed‘ issue.

    And for ‘ask a question‘ button to work, you’ve to create a page with the shortcode [qa_add_question], then add the page on the setting. For better understanding, kindly follow the screenshot.
