    I have 4 items from the drop-down menu that can be selected:

    is it possible to activate the same NAME and SURNAME fields by selecting both PRIVATE and PROFESSIONAL, without having to replicate them again within your plugin?

    Hi @cadrago21,

    We are working on adding this enhancement and as soon as we release a new version of the plugin with improved conditional logic it will be possible to select multiple values from the last value field. I will notify you as soon as the update is available for download.
