    Hi,

    Sorry this is long.

    Is it possible to add form answers built with the form builder to the admin notification as template tags?

    Also will there be an update under the Applications page to filter them to job location rather than only filtering them by job opening name?

    It is quite difficult to find a place for all the applicants to be found in a place with all the information needed.

    If we are to have emails as the main source to view all applicants (which I don’t think your goal here is), the email notification is quite limited in not being able to insert Job Specification as template tags. This makes it difficult to know which job location and what job category/department the applicant applied to. The only way to view those details is by logging into your WP website manually because there is also no template tag of a hyperlink to the job applicants page. Talking about emails, is it possible to add the PDF as an attachment to the email or is it a WordPress limitation?

    If we are to have the Applications page as the main source to view all applicants (which I think is your goal here), viewing all the applicants can be difficult if we want to filter them to different locations. For example if a lot of applicants applied around the world and I only want to check applicants in London; this won’t be possible because you cannot filter by job location. Talking about job locations, is it possible to have some meaning to them? For example I have a few locations: London, Manchester, Paris; If I would filter UK applicants, it will show London and Manchester but not Paris. In other words have specific job locations to be able to group them under a country, and have the country to be the filter of the applications page.

    Also can you add the PRO license key on multiple WP site like my production website and my dev website?

    Thank you, I hope you understand what I mean. You guys are doing a great job, but these are some of the things that makes me feel limited to my work.

      Currently, it is not supported by our plugin.

      Yes, we are working on it. It will be available in future releases.

      It is available in our pro version.
      You can find it under Job Openings > Settings > Form > Form Builder > Upload CV/Resume and check this option Attach the file with email notifications

    4. Talking about job locations, is it possible to have some meaning to them?

      Currently, it is not possible as these specifications are dynamic(user-generated) in nature.

    5. Also can you add the PRO license key on multiple WP sites like my production website and my dev website?

      Yes, it can be used in one production website and any number of staging and dev website instances
