Questions regarding Restaurant Reservations plugin capabilities

Hi,

I am implementing use of the Restaurant Reservations plugin in the website, however plugin seems to be missing 2 very important features for our side or I simply cannot find a ways to do following:

1. We need restriction for max amount of reservations per day (say, Monday website visitors can make only 10 reservations in total). Is that possible in any way?
2. Does Pro version of this plugin could allow us to enforce some specific choices (like choose some drink/food as mandatory field, before making reservation) for visitors who make reservation via plugin?
