Questions pending but show concluded course in dashboard

This student has 3 lessons completed in the Prophylaxis, Hygiene and First Aid module, but this module has 06 lessons and 03 she has not completed yet, but appears in the other image as a completed course
How to solve this?

In your course, I supposed you have set up a quiz and this student did not finish the quiz?

In the quiz setting, is Pass Required enabled?

Could you try to recalculate enrolment via wp-admin > Sensei > Tools to see if that fixes anything?

Could you go to Sensei LMS > Reports > Click on Student’s Name > Click on Course Name and provide us a screenshot of the results, to illustrate the student not completing the lessons?

Thanks for providing screenshots. I see that you have enabled the setting “Once all the course lessons are completed”. Could you please double-check that in each lesson, the “Pass is required” is enabled?

If that is not the case, then could you please enable it like so:

The setting Alba was referring to shows up when you select the QUIZ block.

In your screenshot a question block is selected, that’s why you are seeing the setting for individual questions.
