Questions not loading when creating a quiz

  • Hi,
    I’m trying to create a new quiz but when I go to add new questions they don’t save/work.

    I enter in the question, select Add as new, select the option, and then the question is greyed out with a loading symbol to its left. The questions seem to hang there without doing anything and do not save.

    Any advise on how to fix this?
