Thanks! Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to replicate your issue with your exported export.

I recommend trying the following:

1. Upgrade to the latest version of Gravity PDF (5.1.2 at the time of writing), if you haven’t already.
2. Re-run the font installer
3. Temporary deactivate all plugins except Gravity Forms and Gravity PDF. If it begins working, reactivate one by one until you find the conflicting plugin.
4. Switch to a different font like Dejavu Sans Condensed
