Questions for users about addition fields

Hey there SpeakOut! users. I have had a number of requests to add multiple custom fields and I want to get started on that. But I want to do it in a way that works for you and not create a support and development nightmare for myself.

I would appreciate if you could answer a few questions and also tell me a bit about how you see it working. My plan is that you will be able to drag and drop blocks to add or reorder fields.

1. How many custom fields would you like to see? I was thinking 5.
2. Should the address fields be a solid block or might you want to add a custom field after the street but before the suburb (for example)?
3. Should the content of these fields be included in the petition that is sent to the target? Should that be an option per field?
4. Any other thoughts about this?
