    Hello

Do i need the notifications addon for sending e-mails after succesfull booking? I don’t need SMS or push.

Second) I bought the Notification AddOn and activated the license but no Mail is sending. What can be the Problem?

I think – i t has to do with my forms. I have a master form you suggested me some weeeks ago. The customer is not logged in. I need the E-Mail from the given form-field. I think the AddOn is looking for a logged in user and his e-mail.

Until now, the visitor can book an appointment without signing up. The personal data will be handed over by form.

Is there a solution that will use the mail address from the form for non-registered users?

    Thanky you
    Jens

I just remember, I myself am logged in while testing. That’s why I would have to get an e-mail – but that does not come.
