Questions before purchasing addons

Hi there,

I recently downloaded the plugin and I must say the first impressions are great. I would like to purchase several addons to customize the plugin to match our needs. Before I purchase the addons I am curious if the addons will meet our demands. Here below you will see a list of our wishes.

I would like to create a form that will be used as an assessement form for phone calls within our practice. I have 15 questions that can be answered with Bad, Good and Perfect.

Bad will 0%, good will be 50% and perfect will be 100%. Good is the
superlative degree of bad and perfect is the superlative degree of good.

Your quiz form is based on scales. However, on the result page it shows al of the scales, based on the results of the answers. In our case we want to see a score on a percentage based (bad, good and perfect) formula so that we can evualate the phone call. An example of a question you can see below. Is this possible?

Example:

Question 1 is: employer is sitting on his chair with all of the software active and headphones on.
Answers are: Bad, Good, Perfect.

Bad = 0%, good = 50% and perfect = 100%

We have 15 questions. That means there will be an average score based on the answers. This means there is just 1 scale, from 1 to 100% and not 3 based on bad, good and perfect. Is it possible to create a result page based on 1 percentage based result instead of 3?
