    Hello, I like your plugin I find it incredible, I would like to know some things before being pro.
    1) I am a geo localization, I can know exactly which country, city, latitude, longitude and ip is every conversation with a future client?

    2) Can I know which country, city, latitude, longitude and ip is each vote in the polls?
    2.1) Can I know which country, city, latitude, longitude and ip is each new suscriber?

    3) Can you place a screenshot of how the conversations are displayed ?, because I do not see a screenshot of the admin part as you see the conversations to analyze them.

    * FEATURE: You should join EDD and Hollerwp to know if the customer who made the purchase had a previous conversation, this can be achieved by having a section where they join a purchase with the conversation through the email.

  • Hi, to know a customer’s location you would need to use a geolocation script. I don’t plan on adding that to the plugin at this time.

    Conversations are not saved in the admin, they are only emailed to you. TBH this plugin is not meant to be full-featured live chat, you should use Intercom or Drift for that.
