Questions and Answers not shown/working for Voting

It is my first time of using Poll Maker.
I need the plugin for electronic voting.
After creating a Poll (and I already set the General Setting Type to Vote), the plugin is not allowing me to write the questions and set the answers.
What do I do to allow me set my questions and answers for the voting?
