    Questions and answers about a product do not appear on the seller’s desk
    But, the question sent, is saved in the database.
    No email is received either.

    The seller should receive an email notifying that there is a new question?

    Could you explain to me how it works, and if there really is a mistake, please?

    >> Currently, when a customer asks a question, the vendor can see the question in their dashboard as you can see here : https://prnt.sc/rj24em

    – The seller should receive an email notifying that there is a new question?

    >> We are working on this solution, this will be added in our future update.
