Questions After Initial Use

Hello: I just installed the Mailing Group free version at our website and set it up to manually add members to our new group. It runs well, and we are considering a purchase of the premium version but I do have the following questions/concerns.
1. Weird alphanumeric characters or formatting sometimes appear in received emails. Not a big deal.
2. After replying to a message, not only does the group get my sent email, but I receive a copy of my own sent email, making it redundant. Is there a way to stop this?
3. When a CSV file is uploaded OR a potential member is input, an invitation immediately goes out. Is there a way to upload potential members without inviting them right away?
4. When I try to delete a member, the member continues to belong to the group. He/she is NOT deleted. (I am clicking YES in the confirmation box that pops up and asks me if I am sure).Thanks for your help!
