• Q: Can i use Webhooks in Cluevo when using a SCORM? I would like to trigger a webhook to send data to HubSpot and trigger an action there on completion of a course added to Cluevo as a SCORM file.

Q: Will i be able to trigger a certificate on completion of a course that has been added to Cluevo as a SCORM file with the premium add on?

Q: If I can trigger a certificate does the certificate have the ability to pull through user variables such as First Name, Last Name from the WordPress database (ProfilePress), and display them on the completed certificate?

Q: Are there better reporting options with Cluevo? Currently we can only export the Progress tab and it puts all of the information into one single Excel field per record, meaning it’s impossible to work with as the data is all bundled together.

    Hi there,
First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry. We strive to provide timely and efficient support to all our customers, and I regret that we did not meet this standard in your case. I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you rely on timely information to make decisions about your learning management needs. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    To your Questions:
    1. there are a couple of hooks built into the CLUEVO LMS. I will check with the dev’s if there is a suitable hook for your use case and get back to you.

    2. Yes, with our premium add-on, you are able to trigger the issuance of a certificate upon the completion of a SCORM course. This feature allows you to automatically generate and award certificates to users who meet the completion criteria set within the course settings in CLUEVO.

    3. Yes, you can use a variety of meta fields inside your certificate template.

    4. At the moment the export into a single csv file is the only export that exists, but did you look into pivot tables and filter functionality in excel? Most of our customers use excel to filter and arrange the data. How should the export look like so it would suit your needs?

Thank you again for your patience and understanding!
    Best,
    Elias
