Questions about White Label CMS

I heard about White Label CMS today and I’m not really sure if it is what I’m looking for.

This is my use case:

1.) I have a Page with an embedded shortcode for a Form that allows my client to Post images to an image Gallery. I want a Dashboard where the client sees a link, and when he clicks this link, that Gallery Submission Page or Form Opens.

Then he can fill the Form, click submit and the expected behaviour happens.

2.) I want to add ability for my client to Post Blogs directly from his Dashboard.

3.) Through WPS Hide Login, we can avoid the WP-Admin Login Page.

I want the client to sign in or Login through a Page that isn’t WP-Admin.

Is this what White Label CMS can do?
