Questions about the plugin and subdomains

Hi

I am running a website called investorpromo.com
I create websites based on a template and add custom content for each client.
All the websites are hosted as subdomains of investorpromo.com, for instance :
– https://www.investorpromo.com is the main site
– dex.investorpromo.com is a client site
– cryptonomise.investorpromo.com is another client site
– etc

Now, I have just installed a brand new client site on a brand new subdomain and I notice some strange data.

First off, Today’s visitor count is 1, yet the total stands at 1660 already.

Same issue with search engine referrals: no hits, yet a total of 70:

And in my top 10 pages is a page that is not available on this website (/daisy/), but which is on other client websites and the main site (on www.)

Plus, I also get a daily mail with statistics, but often it’s 3-4 mails a day with totally different numbers.

So I’m asking myself if this plugin can deal with subdomains or not.
Can you please enlighten me?
