Hello! I’d like to try your plugin, but I want to know first if you have solutions for this scenario (I make websites for other businesses):
What if my client was already booked (let’s say) for 4pm on Monday by someone physically present or by phone (not through the website), and then a little later another person make an appointment online for the same time (4pm, Monday) – is there a way to avoid such situation with your plugin?
Another scenario: I make a website for the hair salon with many masters and each master has many services. Will I be able to set up plugin this way? A person chooses a service, then sees available masters for that service at the given time? Or the other way: A person chooses a master from available ones at the given time and then chooses any service from that master? – I know that a question a little complicated so the simple answer like “yes, it’s technically possible” will work. And I will figure out how to do that on the way.
Another question is: how much will be the SMS Notifications add-on? And can I read about it more somewhere?

    Hi,

For bookings received out of the plugin you can register them in the plugin using the “Add Booking” option in the dashboard. Other options are through adding the booking in a third party calendar like Google Calendar and have it sync with the plugin, however the use of the “Add Booking” option is the faster and most effective way to prevent those double bookings.

Regarding to the other scenario an option is to add a calendar for each master and have the related services listed on each calendar, a similar solution is explained at the following page: https://apphourbooking.dwbooster.com/blog/2018/12/24/conditional-rules/

Regarding to the commercial features (like the SMS Notifications add-on) we’d like to help but we can’t reply about that in this forum. We are not allowed to support any customers in these forums.
