Questions about resource management

  • First off, this is one plugin that I tell my tech people that I cannot live without. Great job.

    My site is slow loading and it is not my hosting (dedicated server, etc) and I recently did a P3 scan of plugins that identifies plugins that are using resources that are bogging things down and Terms Descriptions was one of the culprits.

    It is not enough to get rid of the plug in, but I am wondering if there are any tips you have for possibly reducing the load of the plugin?

    The most effective way to reduce page load time is caching. You can use W3 Total Cache or similar plugin.

    Terms Descriptions uses resources for finding terms and creating links. So the load time is in direct ratio of page size and the terms number. But I didn’t think that reducing the terms number is right way to solve the problem ??
