Questions about reinstall behavior

Hi, I’m curious about the way this plugin works in some special cases:

1. Does it deactivate active plugins before reinstall?
2. Does it activate previously active plugins after reinstall?
3. Does it reinstall plugins that are not listed in the plugins list after “wrong header” error, but do exist in the file system?
4. Does it reinstall the current version of an old plugin, or it updates it automatically to the latest available versin?
