Questions about regenerating

Good day,

Hope you are doing well.

So I have regenerated all photo’s, and I checked “Skip existing (Faster)”.

So then I regenerate again, to check if the process is finished within one second, because they all have been regenerated. But then the process starts again. So to me it does not seem that the regenerated photos are skipped.

Could you please explain to me why this is happening? I think I do not really understand that.

Am I correct that the difference between “Woocommerce – Regenerate thumbnails”, and this plugin, is that Woocommerce only regenerates the photos used for the Woocommerce-plugin, and that your plugin regenerates all the photos uploaded to Media-files?
