Questions about pro version

    Hi Ivan. I am considering purchasing the Pro version and have a couple of questions.

    I see that the Pro version says that it can:

    – Import comments from images, posts and statuses
    – Import from pages, groups and profiles*

    Two questions:

    1) Regarding importing comments from groups: That would only work with public groups, not closed or secret, correct?

    2) It says that “Import from facebook profiles is limited for now because of changes in facebook API, we are trying to solve this problem.” What does “limited” mean, exactly? And when do you think it will fully work? This is an important feature to me, as I tend to get a lot of comments about my posts on my profile page.

    Hello,

    1. Import from facebook group is possible, but I tested it only on public groups. If you want, you can contact me on email, and we can test is it working with your group (in case if you have closed or secret group)

    2. Recently facebook made some changes in their API, and now is additional approval required for reading user wall. Using read_stream endpoint is possible only if you get approval from facebook. Without that approval plugin still can import comments from old posts (3 weeks or older).
