Questions about plugin capabilities concerning a large site

First of all, we have over a hundred subsites under our main domain, and the purpose of a potential backup system for us would be to be able to restore a single site out of the list, as opposed to all of them. The subsites are listed as welcome.gsu.edu, education.gsu.edu, research.gsu.edu, etc. Is it possible to do this with BackWPup?

Secondly, our backups would need to be daily, and would consist of almost 100GB of data. Is there a limitation in your plugin that would prevent this from occurring?

We are currently testing another backup plugin, and although it backs up all the data (in about 8-9 hours), we are having issues with restoring data. Would the enormous size of our data cause any problems with your software that you are aware of?
