Questions about functionalities

    Hi =)

    I want to make a non profit website based on Q&A. I would like to know if your plugin can handle some functionalities.

    Basically, there is a global topic and people create an account, and ask a question to a team. Someone of the team will answer to it, publicly, and no one else can answer but the team members, or personally through email. Anyone can see the public answers and can search for questions/answers. Anyone can also ask a question related to an existing question/answer. Everything is in the control of the team, the users can only ask and wait for their answer to be published.
    Finally, the questions are under themes the team choose.
