Questions about Frames/Boxes Inside of Post Boxes

  • Hi. Here is an image that describes my question.

    Is this possible? Is there a plug-in or would I have to create it? I’ve worked with tables some, but I don’t know if that is the right solutions. It would need to be something that works every time and is quick and painless for hundreds of users or one administrator.
