First of all, thanks for a great plugin.

I’m running v. 2.0.2 of Autoptimize with the following settings checked:

    • Optimize HMTL
    • Optimize Javascript
    • Optimize CSS
    • Save aggregated script/css as static files

I’m also running WP Super Cache.

I’m assuming that I need to clear the cache of Autoptimize when I upgrade WordPress or a plugin that uses Javascript or CSS, and when I make changes to a custom Javascript file or my CSS.

When I think I need to clear the cache, I’ve been clearing the cache in WP Super Cache first, then going to the settings for Autoptimize and clicking “Save Changes and Empty Cache.”

Is that all I need to do and when I need to do it?

    * when CSS or JS gets updated, AO will pick that up automatically
*¨when you clear AO’s cache, it will try to purge WP Super Cache’s automatically as well

    hope this clarifies,
