Questions about ClassDex's capabilities

    Hello,

    I am trying figure out if ClassDex is the right plugin to use for my website. A few questions:

    1. When in the registration process does payment take place? I would like to make sure parents can’t complete the registration process without paying. Also, what forms of payment does it accept?

    2. Is it possible to register 2 students for the same class and/or from the same IP address?

    3. I have classes at different schools in multiple locations, is it possible to search by type of class or search by class locations?

    4. Are there any options to be on a wait list is the class is full?

    1. Payment can be taken by any means — in person or online — however you always need to enter this information manually into ClassDex. ClassDex is the place to track the payments, but it does not handle any of the actual transactions.

    2. Yes, registration for multiple students at one time is an option for customers.

    3. Unfortunately, ClassDex was not built for multi-location businesses and does not handle that situation very well. If each location has its own website, then each could have its own version of ClassDex running.

    4. Waitlists are currently not apart of ClassDex.
