Questions about changing WordPress Administrator Email Address

Hi there,

I have two questions regarding this topic.

1) I notice that after we change the administration email address in WordPress > General settings, we will get an email for a new admin to verify their account. https://ibb.co/JH1Ghy5

Is it possible to change the email template design same as Woocommerce(for example)? If yes how can I change it?

2) After my client verified their account, they will get this notification https://ibb.co/6WvWVS8. Is it the popup is by default like this and can I add a customize content in the popup?
