  • Hi there,

    Am I correct in saying that this app is for use in a brick and mortar store so as to allow woocommerce to be the main product database and EPOS? If I understand, essentially, this app is just a simplified version of your webshop that facilitates the use of cash as payment, right?

    Sorry to be a pain, but I have a few more questions-

    1. Where do we stand on areas related to PCI DSS/ customer card security? If using this app, does the website need an SSL Certificate to process card payments that aren’t through Paypal?
    2. Does woocommerce/ woocommerce POS automatically process card payments once the transaction has been finalised?
    3. In the demo, it looks as though the card payment facility must be entered in manually. Is there a way to integrate PDQ terminals?
    3. Can this app be used with a barcode scanner instead of manually searching for products?
    4. Is a more user friendly GUI available, e.g. which allows for categories, to minimise searching time?
    5. Can the app generate sales reports?
    6. Is it loyalty card compatible?
    7. How would we go about making the app compatible with a cash drawer?

    Finally, if this app is what I think it is, I would like to congratulate and thank you. Very excited about this prospect and I’m sure it will enjoy major success once word gets around.
