questionary with totalisation result.

    Hi, I would like to build a 25 items questionary, each of the items would get one within 3 choices, and should return a number: 0 for the first choice, 2 for the 2nd, and 4 for the 3rd.
    Is it a way to have a variable that totals the score of the 25 items ?
    So final score should range from 0 (25 times first choice) to 100 (25 times 3rd choice).

    You can use our form maker plugin along with a calculator add-on to achieve this.

    For the option, you need to add a single choice field, and for each option, you should give the value like 0,2,4.

    Then with the calculator add-on you can calculate the total.
