Question – Screen sizes

Hey Guys i am using Elementor quite a little bit and I finished my first website. Unfortunately I created the website on a large monitor and forgot about the smaller screen sizes. Now the Page looks fine in the big resolution but if smaller screens open the site the elements doesnt fit, where they are supposed to be.

So my Question is: Anyone knows a good tutorial about creating a responsive website, not related to the mobile responsiveness, more to the different screen sizes.
Or some course to master that?

It can also be a Course you have to pay for if theres nothing free out there.
