Question regarding pre order payments

    Hi, when someone orders a pre-ordered product, will the payment be taken straight away or on the preorder date by default. Not sure as some people ordered but it shows payment of ￡0.00.

    Hi @umayralom ,
    the payment must need to be paid when customers are placing an order.
    it shows the payment of ￡0.00 because most probably the customer has not paid the payment yet.
