Question regarding fotobook cron jobs

    I have set up a cron job to update the Cron URL provided in my fotobook settings but it’s giving me the following error:

    I called my hosting company to see if I set up everything correctly, and they said the cron job was set up correctly but they wanted to know if the program needed to go through a particular port since an “incorrect signature” message was coming up. They suggested I contact you for help. Can you provide me with any further info to help get the cron working? Thanks for your help. My debug info is below in case it’s needed:
