Question Regarding Archives

Hello, I just created a legal blog here:
https://attorneys.101lawyers.com/

I have several links on the right panel that point to various sections in my site… the links are located under the categories “attorneys,” and “lawyers” (5 links under each category).

When I click on the archive link, in this case “April 2006,” the two above mentioned categories and corresponding links disappear. How can I make it so those links remain static throughout my site?

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
