Question on location based events (preventing time conflicts)

  • Good afternoon!

    Are there mechanisms in place to show when there’s a time conflict between two events for the same location?

    Say I’ve got three meeting rooms. I’ve got an event from 8-3 PM in Meeting Room A. There’s a second event that tries to post an event in Meeting Room A, from 2 to 6 PM.

    Since there’s already an event through 3 PM, can this plugin catch this time conflict and prevent booking for Meeting Room A?

    (This question is applicable to both the free and pro add on upgrade)

    Hi,

    at the moment this is not yet available and might need custom coding to make this work.

    It would seem that this should be a core feature of your plugin, especially since some calendars (Non-WordPress) have this capability (Outlook and Google both have this capability). I would definitely expect this for the pro upgrade (and not the free version), of course. ??
