    Hi Etruel,

I have some questions that need your help.

I just started to use the free version of WPeMatico and imported some rss feeds generated by fetchrss.com (I am still on trial of fetchrss.com basic plan, which is one of fetchrss.com paid versions).

fetchrss.com allows me to visually pick the elements on a web page to generate the feed, and I’m able to get image element for most web pages. Also, I can see images on the feeds generated by fetchrss.com after I complete the generation process, which makes believe these feeds will also publish images on my site. The problem is only one of these feeds with images publishes images on my website and all others do not, although the feeds I imported all have images.

    My questions are:

    1. Is this normal? As only one feed can publish images, while all these feeds were generated with images. For example, https://fetchrss.com/rss/5ef3da0e8a93f8a9388b45685efba09b8a93f8995c8b4567.xml
has images shown on my website,
    https://fetchrss.com/rss/5ef3da0e8a93f8a9388b45685ef930b28a93f83d758b4567.xml
has no images shown on my website
Because I can see images on both feeds, I think the issue may not be related with enclosure and media tags issue, as it seems that enclosure and media tags issue only relate to feed with no image content

    2. What add-ons or adjust do I need if I want to solve above problem? If I use add-ons will I still need to generate feeds with image or I can just include titles only?

    3. I notice that when there are multiple feeds (feed A and feed B) loaded in one campaign FOR THE FIRST TIME, the order of the posts on my website seems not as same as the time they were published on their source website (i.e. posts from feed A and feed B are not MIXED to each other according to the original post time). Instead, they are posted as groups (i.e. after posts of feed A are all listed, then posts from feed B will be listed). Will the order be changed if there are new posts in one source website (i.e. the order of new posts from feed A and feed B will also be changed according to the actual original post time and MIXED together)?

    4. Can I set that once someone clicks a post on my website, a new window of the original post will be open, instead of forwarding the current window to the source website?

    5. Is it possible to import the complete content of a post?

Thank you very much for your patience.

    Bill

    Hi @bill1014wmj,
Let me see if I can help

    0. We have many add-ons, also to do that work. Make me feed is to create feeds for remote websites that doesn’t have feeds.

    1. If the images are inside post content you should set up well the options for images inside Settings or in campaign editing screen and the images will be uploaded to your site. Take a look at the Help tabs inside each WordPress screens to get more tips. Free version doesn’t work with media or enclosures.

    2. With some add-ons I think you don’t need anything more. But about add-ons we can help you in our website. ( etruel.com ) Create a ticket there, and we help you choose the best package for you and to get them to work well.

    3. Better to create a campaign for each feed. But yes, the feeds are processed in order, anyway you can give them the original date it has in the feed, and if you order the posts by date then should be shown like you need.

    4. I’m not sure to understand. You can link each of your permalink to the original website instead yours. You can also add the original permalink inside post content to open in a new browser window with post template feature inside campaign editing screen.

    5. For feeds that use only a brief description we have Full Content add-on that works well in most of the cases. Also allows specific site configurations to more difficult sites. There are some ajaxified or very advanced websites that doesn’t allow this for their contents.

    Hope this helps
    Cheers
