Question of fucnctionality

Hello
I’m looking for a plugin that can offer dual language. However my clients needs are very specific. The idea is that the multisite will use the same plugins but with each post there are two sets of input boxes (one for each language) where the different text is entered.
I realise I’m probably clutching at straws here but ya never know.
