Is it possible to increase the number of text characters in this field? Where is it configured?

You have to use a filter :

function myRencNumbers($nb) {
	$nb['lengthTitle'] = 30; // Number of char here (30)
	return $nb;
}
add_filter('rencNumbers', 'myRencNumbers',10,1);
