I successfully migrated the entire site, but the problem was only in the wp_posts table. I inserted the post_content and post_title parameters from the old site and it worked

Thanks for the update! Typically there can be several reasons for the issue. In some cases, it has to do with the collation of the table types across the database engines. Some of the fixes are covered here:
