    Hi there,

    I installed PMpro and tried to add some tarrifs with their names and descriptions in Russian, but after I save a tarrif – every single Russian letter turns into an exclamation mark! Here are the screenshots:

    PMPro version – 2.12.10

    Could you please tell me what can I do to correct the problem? Thank you very much!

    By “Tarrifs” I mean “Membership levels”, sorry for the confusion!

    Hello @adfs0,

    Thank you for contacting the Paid Memberships Pro team, I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are facing here.

    I believe this issue is due to your database encoding on the pmpro_ tables not supporting your locale. Could you please update your database tables to UTF-8 or the equivalent and this should reflect correctly.
