Question mark appearing in Facebook Feeds

    When using Feed them social (free version) there is a question mark appearing in place of my FB page image.

    Doesn’t anyone know this troubleshooting ?
    I ask myself it is due to the pluging or a parameter on my facebook page.
    No age limitation. Limitations to country France are set in my page.

    Hi @dceranic,

    Usually we see this when a page is 18+ in the Facebook settings or if page is set to only be visible in certain countries.

    Check out your Facebook Page’s privacy settings.

    Be sure if you change the Facebook privacy settings that after each change you clear our feed cache by clicking to Feed Them tab > Settings > Global Options > Clear cache

    You may also need to make sure you have Admin privileges for the FB Page(s), as sometimes the question mark can appear if there’s been an Admin change to the FB account page.
