QUESTION: how to remove the text of comments from admin edit comment page?

I have a guy leaving 900+ line long comments and wish to delete them, but I have to do so much scrolling it takes for days. I want to just see the author and “in relation to.” I know I can search for his name but there are others I want to delete as well and need all that text removed, but the Screen Options don’t give me a checkbox for comment text itself – imagine that. ??
